About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO and SEM activities, including keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, and managing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings

Manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Yahoo, and Bing

Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on keyword strategy

Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and trends using tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.

Perform ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns using tools like Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ignite, etc.

Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented

Stay updated on the latest SEO and SEM trends and algorithm updates
Requirements

Proven SEO/SEM experience with demonstrable results

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Expertise in web analytics and bid management tools

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development limitations for SEO

Strong understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies

BS/MS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a quantitative/test-driven field
